1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding Clocky Bot ("the bot," "we," "our") to your Discord server or by using any of its features, you ("user," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the bot.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the bot operator. Please read them carefully.

2. Description of Service

Clocky Bot provides time tracking functionality for Discord servers, including:

• Check-in and check-out time tracking
• Break session management
• Work hour statistics and analytics
• Leaderboards and user rankings
• Historical session data
• Premium subscription features

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirements

You must meet Discord's minimum age requirements to use this bot (at least 13 years old or minimum age in your country). If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

3.2 Discord Account Requirements

You must have a valid Discord account in good standing and comply with Discord's Terms of Service.

Recurring Premium and Pro plans can be purchased through Stripe in the web dashboard. Premium is also available through Discord Premium Apps. Lifetime is a one-time Stripe purchase. Stripe and Discord handle payment information; we do not receive your complete payment-card details.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring Premium or Pro subscription at any time. Manage Stripe subscriptions in the web dashboard and a Premium subscription purchased through Discord in Discord's subscription settings. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Lifetime does not renew because it is a one-time purchase. Contact support for refund questions about any plan.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using the bot, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

Clocky provides a machine-readable time-data export through /data-export and a deletion-request workflow through /data-delete. A deletion request may require administrator review and operator completion.

8.1 Organizational Use

Organizations that use Clocky for workforce or professional purposes are responsible for their own notices, permissions, and retention requirements.

Server administrators may configure a review workflow for deletion requests. That setting records the chosen workflow; it does not itself establish a legal basis or automatically complete deletion.

9. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the bot at any time, add or remove features, or change how the bot operates.

We may terminate or suspend the bot or your access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, especially if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
