For FiveM & roleplay departments
A duty log for your FiveM department, built on Discord.
Officers check in and out with a button in the channel your department already uses. Clocky is not an in-game FiveM resource — it tracks Discord-side duty sessions only: someone presses a button, and Clocky records it.
Four steps, no new software
How a department runs it
- 1
A supervisor posts the panel
Anyone with the Manage Server permission runs /panel in the department’s Discord channel. That is the only setup step.
- 2
Officers check in when they go on duty
Pressing Check in starts a duty session. No commands to memorise, no separate app to open.
- 3
The panel shows who is on
Live counts of who is working and who is on a break, with active members listed, right in the channel.
- 4
Supervisors read the log afterward
Session history is in the dashboard, so a shift log does not depend on someone remembering to write it down.

What Clocky does not do
Clocky is a Discord bot. It is not an in-game FiveM resource, is not installed on the game server, and does not read game-server state, player positions, jobs, or in-game events.
- Does not run in-game, and is not installed on the game server.
- Does not read game-server state, player positions, jobs, or in-game events.
- Does not integrate with ESX, QBCore, or any framework.
- Does not provide in-game commands or in-game UI.
Clocky tracks Discord-side duty sessions only. Someone presses a button in Discord, and Clocky records it — that is the entire mechanism. Nothing about it reads or changes anything on the game server.
Which plans include this
The Duty Panel, slash commands, and a live view of who is on duty now are included on every plan, including Free. Free supports 5 active users and 1 year of reporting history. Break tracking, attendance history across past date ranges, and projects are paid features on Premium, Pro, and Lifetime. Auto-close is fixed at 12 hours on Free; paid plans can set 1 to 24 hours or turn it off — useful for a department where people forget to go off duty.
Questions before installing
FiveM duty bot FAQ
Is Clocky an in-game FiveM resource?
No. Clocky is a Discord bot. It does not run in-game, is not installed on the game server, and does not read game-server state, player positions, jobs, or in-game events. It records duty sessions that start and end in Discord.
Does Clocky work with ESX or QBCore?
Clocky does not integrate with ESX, QBCore, or any FiveM framework, and it has no in-game commands or in-game UI. Everything happens in Discord — the Duty Panel buttons or slash commands like /checkin and /checkout.
What happens when someone forgets to go off duty?
Auto-close ends the session automatically. Free servers use a fixed 12-hour window; paid plans can set 1 to 24 hours or turn it off. This matters for roleplay departments, where people routinely forget to check out at the end of a shift.
Is Clocky free for a FiveM department to use?
Yes. The Duty Panel, slash commands, and a live view of who is on duty are available on the Free plan, which supports 5 active users and 1 year of reporting history. Break tracking, attendance history, and projects are paid features.
Start with one department and one shift.
The free plan supports up to five active users, so one squad can try the panel before the rest of the roster switches over.
