Everything Clocky does
Every Clocky feature, in one place
The Duty Panel, time and break tracking, projects, attendance, and analytics — what each one does, and which plan includes it.
Duty Panel
One pinned panel. Four buttons.
A panel that lives in your channel with check in, break, and check out buttons, plus a live count of who is working. Replies are private, so the channel stays clean. Included on every plan.
Learn more →Attendance
See who is on duty right now.
A live view of who is working, who is on a break, and who has finished for the day. Reviewing attendance across past date ranges is a paid feature.
Learn more →Time & break tracking
Check in, break, resume, check out.
Record work sessions from the panel or with slash commands, and keep break time separate from worked time. Break tracking is available on paid plans.
Learn more →Projects & reports
Paid plansGive every hour context.
Tag work sessions with a project at check-in, then filter reports and export the results as CSV from the dashboard. Premium includes 100 projects; Pro and Lifetime are unlimited.
Learn more →Analytics & reports
See where the hours actually went.
Trends, per-member breakdowns, and per-project charts in a dashboard every plan can open. Custom date ranges, deeper breakdowns, and CSV export are paid features.
Learn more →Leaderboards
A little friendly competition.
Rank the team by hours worked across several time ranges with /leaderboard. Anyone can opt out of appearing with /public.
Privacy controls
Deliberate tracking, not monitoring.
Clocky records check-ins people choose to start. It does not read message content. Anyone can export their data with /data-export or request deletion with /data-delete.
Auto-close
Forgot to check out?
Clocky closes stale sessions so a forgotten check-out does not ruin the numbers. Free servers use a fixed 12 hours; paid plans can set 1 to 24 hours or turn it off.
Start with the Duty Panel.
It is included on every plan, including Free. Post it with /panel and the rest of Clocky's features are there when your team needs them.
