Live on every plan

Know who is on duty without asking

Clocky turns check-ins into an attendance picture: who is working now, who is on a break, and who has finished. Live in Discord, in detail in the dashboard.

What it does

  • A live count of who is working and who is on a break, visible on the Duty Panel.
  • A dashboard attendance view with filtering, so you can look at one person, one day, or the whole server.
  • Records built from deliberate check-ins — not from presence, activity, or message content.
  • Historical attendance across past date ranges on paid plans.

How it works

  1. 1

    People check in

From the Duty Panel or with /checkin. Attendance is a by-product of tracking time, not a second thing to maintain.

  2. 2

    The panel keeps score

Working and on-break counts update in the channel as people come and go.

  3. 3

    Open the dashboard

Filter the attendance view by member and date range to see the detail Discord cannot show.

  4. 4

    Look back over time

Paid plans can review attendance across historical ranges, within the plan reporting window.

Which plans include this

The live attendance view is available on every plan. Reviewing attendance history across past date ranges is a paid feature. Reporting history is kept for 1 year on Free, 5 years on Premium, and 10 years on Pro; Lifetime has no configured cap.

Common questions

Does Clocky track people automatically?

No. Clocky only records sessions people deliberately start by clicking the panel or running /checkin. It does not track presence, activity, or read message content.

Can I see attendance for a past week?

Yes, on paid plans. Historical attendance ranges are a paid feature; Free servers see the live view and their recent sessions within the 1-year reporting window.

What counts as an active user?

A Discord member who started at least one work session during the previous 30 days. Free supports 5, Premium 100, and Pro and Lifetime have no configured cap.

Can members hide their attendance?

Members can use /public to control whether they appear on the server leaderboard. That does not hide their time data from authorised server administrators.

Is Clocky an attendance bot?

Yes, in the sense that matters: it records who was on duty and when. It does not mark people present automatically — every record comes from someone deliberately checking in, from the Duty Panel or a slash command.
