Set up projects with names and colours in the dashboard.

Choose the project in /checkin. Servers can require a project so nothing is recorded uncategorised.

Dashboard analytics show where hours went, by project and by member.

Download the selected period as a filtered CSV.
Which plans include this
Projects are a paid feature. Premium includes up to 100 projects; Pro and Lifetime have no configured project cap. Free servers do not have projects. Project analytics and CSV export are also paid features.

Premium includes up to 100. Pro and Lifetime have no configured cap. The Free plan does not include projects.
Can we force people to pick a project?
Yes. A server can require a project on check-in. If someone checks in without one, Clocky explains why it stopped and points at the project option, privately.
What format are exports in?
CSV, matching the filters you have applied to the analytics view. Exporting is available on paid plans.
Can we see time per project across the whole team?
Yes. Project analytics break down hours by project and by member across the period you select.
