Two ways to clock in
A manager runs /panel publish once. Members then use Check in, Break / resume, Check out, and My status buttons in the channel where duty is coordinated. Confirmations are private, so the channel does not fill with bot replies.
Members can run /checkin, /status, and /checkout. Commands are the right path when a server requires a project at check-in, because the panel cannot choose one.
What a session means
Clocky starts a record only when someone clicks or runs a command. It does not convert presence, voice activity, messages, or screen activity into work hours.

Review completed sessions in the dashboard. Authorised administrators on paid plans can correct a completed record, with the correction retained in its history.
Clocky is not payroll, a shift scheduler, an employee-monitoring tool, a QR attendance system, or proof of productivity. It records the workflow people deliberately perform.
