Discord time tracking, without surveillance

A Discord time clock your team already knows how to use.

Clocky turns a few slash commands into clear work-session history. Track staff shifts, breaks, projects, and attendance while keeping the workflow inside Discord.

Session ledger

A clear trail from check-in to check-out

On duty
  1. 1
    /checkin

Start a deliberate work or duty session.

  2. 2
    /break start

Pause without losing the session timeline.

  3. 3
    /break end

Resume the active work or duty session.

  4. 4
    /checkout

Close the session and retain its duration for reporting.

Built for deliberate sessions

Useful records, with a deliberately small footprint.

Simple for members

Members use slash commands where they already coordinate. Admins can organize work with projects and review reporting history.

Practical reporting

Review sessions, attendance, and durations in the dashboard, with export and deletion controls documented up front.

Low-permission by design

The standard install asks for View Channel, Send Messages, and Embed Links. Clocky does not require Message Content access.

Where Clocky fits

Staff shifts and remote teams

Use a familiar Discord channel as a lightweight time clock for work sessions, breaks, attendance, and projects.

FiveM and roleplay duty tracking

Track Discord-based on-duty time for departments and communities. Clocky is not an in-game FiveM script and does not read game-server state.

Study and volunteer sessions

Record manual focus or service sessions when the group already coordinates in Discord. It is intentionally simpler than a scheduler or Pomodoro suite.

What Clocky deliberately does not do

Clocky does not monitor screens, read message content, infer activity, or track people outside deliberate sessions. It is also not a shift scheduler, payroll platform, Pomodoro timer, QR attendance system, approval workflow, or in-game FiveM resource.

Questions before installing

Discord time tracking FAQ

Does Clocky integrate directly with FiveM or roleplay servers?

Clocky can track Discord-based duty sessions for FiveM and roleplay communities, but it is not an in-game FiveM resource and does not read game-server state.

Can study groups and volunteers use Clocky?

They can track manual focus or volunteer sessions in Discord. Clocky does not currently provide Pomodoro timers, volunteer scheduling, QR check-in, or approval workflows.

The standard install requests View Channel, Send Messages, and Embed Links, plus the applications.commands scope for slash commands.

Start with one server and one real workflow.

The free plan supports up to five active users, so you can validate the fit before asking a larger team to change its routine.
