One pinned Duty Panel your team can use without being taught
The Duty Panel is a message that stays pinned in your channel. Check in, take a break, and check out with a button. Everyone sees who is on duty; nobody has to memorise a command.
What it does
- Four buttons — My status, Check in, Break / resume, Check out — on a panel that never scrolls away.
- A live count of how many people are working and how many are on a break, updated as it happens.
- Private replies. Confirmations are only visible to the person who clicked, so the channel stays readable.
- Self-maintaining. The panel refreshes itself; nobody has to repost it.
How it works

Run /panel
Anyone with the Manage Server permission posts the panel to the channel of their choice. This is the only setup step.

Which plans include this
The Duty Panel is included on every plan, including Free. Posting it requires the Manage Server permission in Discord. Break tracking through the panel is available on paid plans.
Common questions
Do we still need slash commands?
Mostly not. The panel covers checking in, breaks, checking out, and status. Two exceptions: servers that require a project on check-in use /checkin so people can choose one, and reporting commands like /stats and /leaderboard have no panel button. Slash commands also remain available for anyone who prefers typing.
Who can post the Duty Panel?
Anyone with the Manage Server permission in Discord. It is gated by permission rather than by plan, so Free servers can use it too.
Does the panel spam the channel?
No. Confirmations are ephemeral, meaning only the person who clicked sees them. The panel itself is a single message that updates in place.
What happens if someone forgets to check out?
Clocky closes stale sessions automatically. Free servers use a fixed 12 hours; paid plans can set anywhere from 1 to 24 hours or turn auto-close off.
A working Duty Panel is posted in the Clocky support server. Press the buttons yourself before you install anything.
