About Clocky

Time tracking that belongs in the workflow—not around it

Clocky is a Discord bot for teams and communities that deliberately record work sessions, breaks, attendance, projects, and reporting history without moving the daily workflow into another app.

Why we built it

A spreadsheet can calculate hours, but it cannot make recording them feel natural. Clocky keeps the action in Discord and makes the record explicit: a person checks in when responsibility begins and checks out when it ends.

Deliberate by default

Clocky creates sessions from actions people choose. It does not infer work from online status or message activity.

Honest about limits

A recorded duration is not proof of productivity, output quality, or legal compliance. We say where the product fits and where it does not.

Minimum useful access

The standard installation asks for channel viewing, messages, embeds, and application commands—not broad administrative access.

Accountable support

The Clocky team maintains the product, documentation, field notes, privacy information, and corrections. Questions can go directly to support.

How our public information is maintained

Product claims are checked against the current bot and dashboard. Material guides include an updated date and a production-workflow review. We correct inaccurate material rather than quietly leaving outdated instructions in place.
